Saying goodbye

It’s always tough saying goodbye to a young carer. They will move on for all different reasons-move out of area, get to the age where they need to transition to adult services, and sometimes they are no longer a young carers for lots of different reasons.
This week we said good bye to a special young man who is no longer having to be a young carers and he shared his thanks with us- how lovely ❤️🥰
