Job role: Sessional support worker

I have worked with children my whole adult life, after being a primary school teacher in Essex for nearly 15 years, so working with our young carers just comes naturally to me and I feel privileged to work with such inspirational young people.

Being a mother to two children myself, I understand how important it is to see your children looked after well and happy.

When I’m not juggling work and kids you’ll find me helping in the Kool Carers Charity Shop in Thundersley. I love it in there! If you haven’t been you must check it out.
