My role within the charity is a BACP Registered Counsellor,Sessional/Group facilitator.
My background is in charity work. Having worked for St Luke’s Hospice previously and realising how essential charities are, I wanted to continue down the charity route but work with children as that has always been my dream.
I love that Kool Carers aims to support the whole family as much as possible. I love getting to know the young carers and see them grow and hear about their lives and be able to offer support where needed. I like seeing the young carers form friendships in group and watch them laughing and having the respite they come to group for.
