Quality Assurance Youth Work Observation
Kool Carers South East Limited, has a yearly quality assurance observation, undertaken by Essex Youth Service, which sits under the umbrella of Essex County Council. The first observation was undertaken on 15th March 2018 and the observer made the following comments;
“Great relationships were observed between the staff and young people and the young people seemed relaxed and fully involved in both activities observed. There was a full and varied programme observed and the lead worker was able to evidence how the young people were involved in the programme planning. The young people were also very complimentary of the project and with one young person saying ‘I depend on the group so much’.
